CE WEBINAR ON DEMAND
Personal Lines Case Study
3-Hour North Carolina CE Webinar On Demand
Personal Lines insurance is rarely one-size-fits-all. A single client may own a home, multiple vehicles, a condominium, a motorhome, and other property—each creating different exposures and coverage considerations.
This 3-hour CE course uses a practical case-study approach to explore Personal Lines coverage and the decisions insurance professionals face when evaluating a client’s insurance needs. Participants will work through real-world scenarios involving Personal Auto, Homeowners, Condominiums, Motorhomes, and important policy endorsements.
Special attention is given to understanding both newer and older policy endorsements and how changes in coverage can affect clients.
Topics include:
- Personal Auto coverage and common coverage challenges
- Homeowners insurance and coverage gaps
- Condominium unit-owner coverage
- Motorhomes and recreational vehicle exposures
- Liability considerations
- Understanding limits, deductibles and exclusions
- New and older policy endorsements
- How endorsements can broaden, restrict or change coverage
- Identifying potential gaps through real-world scenarios
- Using a case-study approach to evaluate the complete Personal Lines account
